Despite the talent, the right incentives or they say they stay in rural india as well. Some of the players from rural backgrounds who have gone to the highest position in many sports and shown their talent are making a living by doing small things. Articles about such people keep popping into the media. Although some service organizations and NGOs have tried to promote them in this order, there are allegations that they do politics when they are selected in games.

It seems that the careers of these talented players are coming to an end amidst sports politics. Some say that despite their ability to play, they do not even have the chance to at least participate in those sports.

Nowadays women athletes have a lot of difficulties. The government has to take all possible precautions to ensure that they do not face physical and mental harassment to play their sports. In doing so, they will strive to hoist the indian flag on the world map like karan Malleshwari, Mirabai Chanu and Peevi Sindhu.

It has always been alleged that talent is not the only measure of selection in our country. Needless to say, factors such as social class, region, and religion can have a profound effect.

In this context, the government needs to make efforts to rank as a talent measure. Even the selectors who select the players do not lean towards any one category.
