I recently discovered I might be doing an exercise incorrectly but I wanted to check and see if I was actually doing an exercise or if I should sit down and use the row machine instead so what my question is if I am let's say I'm doing very heavy weights pulling towards my chest while I'm standing like a face pole but lower is there a difference if I do that on the sitting position or can I keep standing up because it's so heavy that like my balance is a little off and it's a little difficult to do it but I can complete quite a few reps without any help so I'm just not sure if my form was off or if I can continue doing it this way please help.
