Where’s the Gujju Gang at? Kathiawadi thali is a very delicious vegetarian platter that hails from Kathiawar which is a peninsula in Gujarat. Contrary to popular belief, this thali isn’t sweet, rather spicy along with a tinge of sweetness.
Kathiawadi Thali includes tindora nu shaak, sev tamatar nu shaak, kathiawadi dhokali nu shaak, bakhri, tikhari, bharela ringan, and vaghareli khichdi.

As soon as you hear about Bengali Thali, you know there’s going to be fish and rice. Bengali thali has a combination of spicy and subtle dishes. It balances out all the flavors. The thali includes shukto, patol bhaja, shak, chholar dal, alu bhaate, begun bhaja, machher jhol, maach bhaja, mutton curry, chadachadi, and delicious chutneys (papaya, mango, tamarind).
