Delhi rains: Waterlogging, traffic snarls in national capital following heavy downpour

The national capital on Aug 08 witnessed heavy rain which led to heavy water-logging in low-lying areas. With streets filled with water, the people faced difficulty in commuting as traffic has slowed down in the capital.
