Udaipur (Tripura), Aug 8 (UNI) The group of political diplomats in the state lead by renowned persons of the state are telling that the buttress of All India Trinamool Congress leader Abhishek Banerjee makes sense among oppositions in North-Eastern state to defeat BJP lead government run by Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb.
Moreover, Abhishek Banerjee and his team members are showing their active support to protect their supporters. Mr Banerjee has arrived Tripura today and is doing all the necessary activities in accordance with the support of the law to discharge their leaders from police.
Around 14 TMC leaders were arrested by Tripura Police yesterday for breaking the rules of COVID-19 but the police personnel are not able to show any written complain to the team of TMC leaders at Khowai police station.
In the different villages of Tripura, CPIM is not able to do any activity as an opposition party of Tripura Legislative Assembly against the activities of the BJP government lead by Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, accused by local leaders of opposition party supporters of TMC and CPIM.
Sharing this information in course of conversation with villagers of Kakraban, Mirza, Tulamura, Killa, Shilachhari, Karbook and other areas under the different blocks of Gomati District in South Tripura, said the CPIM members are not able to do anything for the benefit of public even there are many illegal activities like partiality in case of beneficiaries selection to provide government benefits to minimize the gap of inequality among people in the society.
The villagers of Tripura are not getting works under MGNREGA.
According to a report published on the MGNREGA site, 6.51 lakhs total numbers of job cards issued under 1,178 Gram Panchayat areas in eight districts of the state Tripura and the numbers of workers are 11.39 lakhs.
However, a total of 6.2 lakh active job cards are being reported by the MGNREGA site in Tripura. The report also reveals, a total of 9.61 lakh active workers are there under MGNREGA which is followed by SC workers against active workers 16.99 per cent and ST workers 42.93 per cent.
In accordance with the report, it has cleared that a good section of people in Tripura is doing MGNREGA works in village areas of the state but the issue is lack of work.
A large section of village people are raising questions against the comment on Prime Minister Narendra Modi that the MGNREGA workers might get an amount of Rs 340 but the farmers are not getting the said amount in the state.
The condition of village people is not so good as the people are not getting works because of COVID-19 under MGNREGA.
The government should start different beneficiary types of schemes for the benefit of people in tribal and non-tribal areas.
