Aman Panda Odisha topper in JEE Main-2021

BHUBANESWAR: National Testing Agency (NTA) on Friday announced the result of JEE (Main)- 2021 (Session-3) for paper-I. Aman Panda has become the Odisha topper in the examination.
Panda has secured a 99.918 NTA score out of 100. Paper I consists of BE/BTech. A total 17 students from Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka, Telangana and Uttar Pradesh scored 100 NTA scores. Nobody from Odisha has secured the perfect score, NTA sources said.

Around 20,000 students from Odisha had appeared for the examinations conducted at 35 examination centres set up in 19 selected cities and towns of the state between July 20 and July 27. Similarly, 7.09 lakh candidates were registered for Paper 1 (BE/BTech) in this examination across the country. Candidates had appeared for the examinations conducted at 915 centres in 334 cities including 12 cities outside India.

Examinations were conducted in two sittings by following Covid-19 guidelines. The NTA had also brought a number of changes in examination patterns this time. The number of attempts offered in a year has been doubled.



"After all four sessions of JEE(Main)-2021 Examination, the ranks of the candidates will be released taking into consideration the best of the four NTA Scores in accordance with the policy already made available on the NTA website," said the official communication of NTA.



The candidates have the choice to appear in one, two, three or four examinations for admission.
