Malaysian cotton trade is on a rise due to recovery from the pandemic through vaccinations and implementation of preventative measures. Global cotton trade has also been recovering due to increased demands from brands and retailers. The country's cotton imports, exports as well as domestic consumption will see an upward trend in marketing year (MY) 2021-22.
