United Airlines‘ new policy requiring that its employees be vaccinated should have come out of labor negotiations, the union representing the company’s pilots said Friday.

“Employer-mandated vaccinations are an issue that must be bargained,” the Air Line Pilots Association said in a statement to Barron’s.
