'Spider-Man' Star Jacob Batalon Set To Lead 'Reginald The Vampire' Series For Syfy
Jacob Batalon is heading to the small screen in a brand new sci-fi show!
The Spider-Man actor, who you recognize as Ned Leeds in the MCU, is set to lead Reginald The Vampire, which is based on a six book series from Johnny B. Truant.

Reginald the Vampire, based on the “Fat Vampire” novels will be an hourlong dramedy and has been picked up straight to series with a 10-episode order at SyFy, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The series revolves around an unlikely hero, Reginald Baskin (Batalon) who tumbles headlong into a world populated by beautiful, fit and vain vampires as an unlikely hero who will have to navigate every kind of obstacle — the girl he loves but can’t be with, a bully manager at work and the vampire chieftain who wants him dead.
Fortunately, Reginald discovers he has a few unrecognized powers of his own.
Jacob will next star in the third Spider-Man movie, Spider-Man: No Way Home, which will be out in December 2021.
