Man pleads guilty to striking, killing sister of Lackawanna County judge

Aug. 4—A Factoryville man faces up to five years in prison after pleading guilty today to involuntary manslaughter for striking and killing the sister of a Lackawanna County judge as she crossed a Scranton street.
