Rapid Circle says the acquisition of Adopt & Embrace will help the company enhance the human aspect of technology change, adoption, and business.
Confirming the acquisition, Rapid Circle said Adopt & Embrace will operate as the adoption and change management business unit.
This is the second acquisition for Rapid Circle this year following its acquisition and integration of Insync Technology last March.
“Adopt & Embrace focuses on the human aspects of technology change, adoption, and business improvement. This is something we have always done, but Adopt & Embrace takes it to the next level,” said Rapid Circle Australian division CEO Stewart Bairstow.
Rapid Circle’s projects over the last 18 months include helping deliver Australia’s first large scale virtual creditors meeting as part of Deloitte’s administration in Virgin Australia. It also accelerated insurance company Youi’s workplace transformation.
“Rapid Circle is on a mission to help customers unlock the full potential of the cloud and embed the right mindset, skillset, and toolset to thrive in the rapid circle of change. We are excited to welcome Adopt & Embrace to significantly enhance our efforts to help customers improve their digital dexterity and amplify impact,” adds Bairstow.
Adopt & Embrace founder Paul Woods said he shares Bairstow’s excitement.
“Along with the team, I am excited about the opportunities this opens up to grow together with Rapid Circle, and to unlock even more value for our shared customers,” says Woods.
The acquisition strengthens Rapid Circle’s expertise in the sustainable adoption of Microsoft 365 whilst also bolstering the business’ workplace transformation offerings, specifically those focused on people and business outcomes.
Bairstow also advised that Rapid Circle will deploy ten Adopt & Embrace staff to its existing change management practice across Australia (Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth) and New Zealand.
Rapid Circle says Woods will continue to drive thought leadership and growth as part of the Adopt & Embrace business unit.
