Hey guys, how can we track calories eating out? Or do we just estimate it?

Unfortunately if it's not a multi-national chain, you're unlikely to have any kind of reliable calorie info. You'll have to eyeball it, but if you estimate liberally and consider based upon the kinds of ingredients used and the quantity you're eating, it couldn't realistically exceed a highball if you are truly being mindful of portions.
Even if they add hidden oil and stuff, it would taste disgusting or be soggy if it was more than you could realistically expect, so just assume it is what you could realistically expect or use things you do know the nutrition values for as references.Bench: 320
Squat: 375
Deadlift: 495
