A 76-year-old man died while waiting to be seen in a Welsh NHS hospital during the early hours of the morning, an inquest has heard.
William David Phillips died after collapsing in a waiting area of Wrexham Maelor Hospital last year.
Mr Phillips died on September 10, 2020 at 2.15am at the hospital's A&E department having been seen by a triage nurse several hours previously.

A post mortem into Mr Phillips' death said he died of cardiac arrhythmia due to coronary artery atheroma.
His inquest heard Mr Phillips' was formally identified by his wife and hospital staff following his death.
John Gittins, coroner for North Wales east and central adjourned Mr Phillips' inquest until a further date pending further investigation.
