Percy Tau couldn't hide his delight after scoring a maiden goal for his English Premiership side Brighton & Hove Albion against Luton Town in a pre-season friendly last weekend.
Tau set tongues wagging with a stunning strike where he twisted and mesmerised Luton defenders to score in the Seagulls' 3-1 win away.
"I'm quite pleased; it's my first one for the club, and I'm so happy," Tau told My Albion TV, the club's official content channel.
"I tried to do something, and at the end of the day, it worked out. I saw an opportunity that I could score, and I tried to score, and it happened.
"It worked out pretty well. Hopefully, the fans will see more of that (celebration)."
The Bafana Bafana maestro appeared to have benefitted from his club refusing to release him to the SA Under-23 Olympics camp as he edged closer to a regular first-team place with the performance, two weeks before the new Premier League season officially kicks off on 13 August.
Brighton open their season with a trip away to Burnley on Saturday, 14 August (16:00).
