MTN Rwanda borrows RWF 64 bln in syndicated local bank loan to fund licence renewal

MTN Rwanda has concluded its licence renewal with Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA), New Times reported. It is obtaining a RWF 64 billion loan syndicated by ten domestic banks to raise funds for the licence.
