Obsessed with the Olympics? I can’t get enough – I’m stuck on my screen! That being said, I used this week’s episode to make some medal-worthy desserts, treats to enjoy while watching your favorite athletes win gold. I started with a simple 3-ingredient mug brownie that you can make in the microwave. (While they don’t win health awards, they’re single-serving, which helps with portion control – not an easy task when it comes to sticky brownies.) For a fun presentation, I surrounded the finished chocolate brownie with red, white, and blue ribbon to put it in.) it looks like a medal. Then I demonstrated a clever way to make a luxurious caramel sauce that you can use as a dip for fruit, a topping for Fro Yo, or a drizzle on just about anything you want.
