Xperi nearly breakeven in Q2 after sharp rise in TiVo licensing revenues

Xperi, the holding company for TiVo, reduced its net loss to USD 1.1 million in the second quarter from USD 22.6 million a year ago, thanks to a strong increase in revenues. The company said it's on track to achieve its full-year outlook, as some deals came in earlier than expected and certain costs were shifted to later in the year.
