Hey guys
i'm 5'10 weighing 150 pounds
a total beginner who had never lifted before
my body type is what you call skinny fat
i have no muscle definition with belly fat , love handles and a bit of chest fat.
my goal is not to gain a lot of muscle or be a big bodybuilder
i just want to have an MMA light weight fighter physique
where i'm just lean and ripped.
i uploaded a pic of my body so you can give me your advice
soo what should i do to achieve my goal?
i'm a very busy person so can i workout at home or should i make time for the gym?
also kindly give me tips for my diet, how many grams of protein, carbs and fat should i have per day?
any advice is much appreciated.
