KORAPUT:  Independence Day will be celebrated in a low-key manner by the district administration in view of the pandemic.

At the district level independence day celebration committee meeting chaired by Collector Md Abdaal Akhtar, it was decided to allow only contingents of police and paramilitary forces in the parade.

No school students will be allowed to participate in the parade this year.
