Godrej Properties falls despite reporting consolidated net profit of Rs 17 crore in Q1

Godrej Properties is currently trading at Rs. 1642.65, down by 17.10 points or 1.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 1659.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1645.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1679.00 and Rs. 1608.00 respectively. So far 61746 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1697.80 on 03-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 821.05 on 22-Sep-2020.

Godrej Properties has reported 38.37% rise in its net profit at Rs 56.69 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 as compared to net profit of Rs 4.07 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 13.67% at Rs 230.40 crore for Q1FY22 as compared Rs 202.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit attributable to equity holders at Rs 17.01 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 as compared to net loss of Rs 19.26 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 33.90% at Rs 261.99 crore for Q1FY22 as compared Rs 195.66 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
