A global pandemic essentially meant we were going to be spending more time at home. Many services and resources shifted to a virtual world. Although remote learning opportunities already existed prior to COVID-19, distance learning became the new normal. Many organizations, companies, and associations began offering free or reduced-fee programs to obtain skills-based credentials in the form of certifications, and badges, and licenses.

Please also enter your first and last name upon entering the meeting.
