With the doc's mention of the vaccine, i'm curious to see if anyone on these forums has been following dr mark gordon's covid stack/recommendation.
I've been doing it since the new year but had a head start with a couple of his recommendations.
His stack is as follows:
vitamin d3 (10,0000 iu minimum daily)
zinc 15-30 mg a day
quercetin
liposomal vitamin c
dhea
naturally he recommends the basics i.e. hand washing, sleep, etc
everyday at work i'm exposed to covid. i've had multiple partners at work who have tested positive while i was working with them all day, touch filthy dirty disgusting people almost daily while working, walk into houses and apartments in the ghetto (where covid is more rampant), go to a gym where masks were never enforced and train bjj with partners who literally sweat on you (multiple rolling partners per class).
i'm not superman or anything special, i'm a 46 year old male and so far haven't been sick.
if those of you who haven't heard of his stack i highly recommend taking the ten minutes to listen to his segment on the joe rogan podcast or just google it to read about the science behind it.

I've been eating raw meat, eating cooked food left out all night (steak, salmon and chicken) and raw eggs for the last 18 months (eggs for 1 month). Pretty sure I'm ingesting bacteria. Haven't gotten sick. It's my theory that this diet is boosting my immune system slowly. Not recommending anyone do this. Also had to drink toilet water when the water pipes in my house froze. On a side note, I ate dog treats out of curiosity.

nice Paul, i agree i think you need to build up your system but have to be very slow in the approach
and keyboardworkout, pretty much a majority of his stack...the quercetin isn't necessary if you've been taking zinc long enough.
if you're on test, you don't need the dhea.
guys on gear are way ahead of the game
