Hello! I am almost three months post op tummy tuck. I am really wanting to focus on fitness and building tone and muscle.
If I had to choose a target area it would be my lower body, but I would like to build muscle all over. I am 135lb at 5’2.
I work out at the gym 4-5 days a week with cardio for the first 40 minutes followed by lower body work out with or without weights.
While I a really enjoy working out and doing different workouts, one thing I dislike is counting macros or weighing food, etc.
Wondering if anyone can recommend some starting out programs I can do on my own, what sort of things are absolute key in building muscle, nutrition advice and best structure for how to work out at the gym? Thanks in advance
