MP CM encourages hockey player

Bhopal, Aug 2 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday congratulated national men’s hockey team member Vivek Sagar – who hails from this state’s Hoshangabad District – for his sterling performance at the Tokyo Olympics, it was officially learnt.
During the phone conversation, the veteran leader said, “I am proud of you and fully confident that your squad will continue on this golden path of unalloyed success. You play and win! Vivek, you have indeed brought glory to Madhya Pradesh. It is a matter of considerable satisfaction that, due to a policy of promoting sportspersons, numerous talents are performing well at national and international levels.”
