UPDATE (August 3rd, 2021):
After a short beta testing, Twitter has released Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple support publically. The support for Google accounts is available on both Android and iOS apps along with the website. As for using one's Apple ID, it is limited to iOS devices for the time being. The team says the web support will be added soon.
UPDATE (July 20th, 2021):
Just a week later, a Twitter Beta update has released with Google sign-in support on Android devices. It will be helpful for those users who do not want to register for Twitter by creating a separate account. They will be able to do so by simply using their existing Google account. If you already have an account linked with a Google account and that same account signed in on the device, you should be able to sign in with ease.
Original (July 13th, 2021)
Twitter is one of those few major social media platforms that do not support any of the third-party sign-in services. All new users have to register an account with the platform to get started but this is now reported to change very soon. Twitter is spotted to be working on adding support for Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple.
Jane Manchun Wong, a well-known app researcher, is once again the source behind these under-development features. She first spotted Sign in with Google support last month. An image showed the Twitter sign-up page featuring the "Continue with Google" button at the top followed by the usual Twitter sign-up/log-in options.
Most recently, Wong spotted Sign in with Apple support reference within the Twitter iOS application. This makes sense as Apple has made it mandatory for apps to offer Apple's sign-in functionality if they use any of the third-party sign-in services. Twitter was not using any of them before, so it was free from using Sign-in with Apple but things change as soon as it adds support for Google.
Twitter is working on Apple Sign-In integration, as indicated in:

Apple introduced Sign in with Apple support in 2019. It is aimed at providing iOS users with a privacy-focused way of signing into websites and apps across the internet. The integration essentially hides the user's main email address and signs them up through a proxy email address. There are no words on exactly when we can expect Twitter to release these new sign-in options for everyone.
