Covid-19: Haryana reports 26 cases, two deaths; 14 districts without new case

The cumulative Covid coverage of the state has reached 1,23,08972 doses so far — PTI
CHANDIGARH: Nuh continues to be Covid-free district and 20 out of 22 districts remained without death and 14 without new cases as Haryana on Tuesday reported 26 cases, two deaths and 19 recoveries during the day.
With fresh stocks of vaccine, the state reported 1,80,651 vaccinations during the day.
This included 1,14,872 first dose and 65,579 second dose.
The cumulative Covid coverage of the state has reached 1,23,08972 doses so far.
On the Covid front, the cumulative Covid count of the state has reached 7,69,982 cases, 7,59,633 recoveries, 9,641 deaths and 708 active cases.
Of the total active cases, 135 cases are in home isolation and rest are hospitalized.
Haryana’s cumulative fatality rate remained stable at 1.25%.
One death each has been reported from Bhiwani and Charki Dadri districts.
While the state reported the positivity rate of the day at 0.12%, the positivity rate of second wave was reported to be 9.51%.
Haryana’s recovery rate too remained stable at 98.66% and the testing rate has reached 4,31,611 tests per million population per day.
Gurugram reported highest 12 cases of the day.
Faridabad reported four cases.
Two cases each were reported from Hisar, Panchkula, Rohtak and Kurukshetra districts.
One case each was reported from Ambala and Jhajjar districts.
