On August 3, a Mumbai sessions court denied interim relief to actress Gehana Vasisth in the ongoing pornography case involving businessman Raj Kundra and his company. Gehana had filed a pre-arrest bail plea last week for fear of arrest by the police. The actress is currently out on bail in the porn scandal. Speaking to ETimes, Vasisth raised her concerns about being arrested. She said, 'I will not be going to the police as you know the last time the police gave out wrong details about how my arrest took place. I am waiting for a copy of my charge sheet to tell the world about the misinformation given to the media in my case.' She further added, 'Raj Kundra's arrest is completely illegal because the police have kept him in custody for 7-8 days and in the meanwhile they have taken his mobile phone, laptop, CDs and bank account details. If they want to make enquiries, they have enough proof already. Where is the need for them to keep him in custody? The chargesheet has been filed for months now.'
