Safaricom increases Skiza revenue share to 40%

Kenyan operator Safaricom has announced a 33 percent increase in the share of revenue it pays to Skiza artists and content creators. More than 20,000 contributors will receive of 40 percent of the income from all their tunes on the platform in future. The increase was due to take effect on 01 July and will apply to both music and non-music tones.
