Harry Kane has once again refused to turn up for Tottenham training on Tuesday as the England star tries to push through his move to Manchester City. Manchester City is Kane's preferred destination, but Chelsea and Manchester United also retain an interest in the England captain, and missing both sessions is a sign of his desperation to force through a transfer.
