Caroline Dubois suffered a split decision defeat to Sudaporn Seesondee in the women's lightweight boxing competition, ending her Olympic dream.
The Briton – sister of heavyweight star Daniel – won the Youth Olympics title three years ago and entered Tokyo bidding to emulate her success in Buenos Aires.
However, Thai rival Seesondee secured a huge victory with her fast pace and sharp movements proving favourable on the judges' scorecards.

The two fighters were all square after two rounds before Seesondee edged it in the final round to win the bout and advance to the semi-finals.
The 20-year-old look visibly stunned as the scorecards were read out following the contest that could've gone either way.
While it is the end of the road for Dubois, Team GB are still guaranteed at least five medals in Olympic boxing.
