How Quandary Peak’s new parking restrictions, free shuttles are working

No crowds or illegal parking seen at Quandary Peak trailhead on Saturday

There was no illegal parking on roads near the Quandary Peak trailhead on Saturday morning, July 31, following news that illegal parking would result in $100 fines. Summit County is providing free shuttle service from Breckenridge to address the parking problem, and parking in the newly expanded trailhead parking lot now requires reservations in advance.
