Handsome hunk Vicky Kaushal is adding some muscle weight for his role in forthcoming 'The Immortal Ashwatthama, which is being helmed by Aditya Dhar.
After an epic-war drama URI, the actor and director duo, Vicky Kaushal and Aditya Dhar are collaborating once again for a superhero action fantasy drama titled ‘The Immortal Ashwatthama. The film is being planned as a trilogy. The shooting of the film was scheduled to begin this year and actor is prepping hard for it.
Vicky Kaushal took to his social media and dropped a jaw-dropping ripped picture of himself straight from his gym. He captioned it, "Wip (Work in progress)"
In the picture, Vicky is seen lifting weights. His facial expressions while working out clearly indicates that he is giving it his all to achieve a perfect body. He is undergoing intense fitness training for his role.
Apart from the superhero movie, Vicky Kaushal will next portray the freedom fighter Udham Singh, who assassinated Michael O'Dwyer, in a biopic directed by Shoojit Sircar. The film's release has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
He has also completed shooting on Vijay Krishna Acharya's family comedy drama, The Great Indian Family, with Manushi Chhillar. He is also filming for Shashank Khaitan's comical spy film Mr. Lele, where he is the titular character alongside Bhumi Pednekar and Kiara Advani.
Kaushal is also collaborating with Gulzar, the war drama Sam Bahadur where he will essay Field marshal Sam Manekshaw.
