This clearly means that she is trying to say that she doesn't fit with the Akkineni family or something else. Since, 'The Family Man' web series issue, all is not well among samantha and nagarjuna Akkineni, and samantha kept a muted response at that period. 


But now after she changed her name to the letter 'S' there are lots of speculations among various media and she is keeping a muted response.
