Hey, I’m sick of being so skinny and unhealthy and I’m willing to do anything to get built. I’m 15, 6’0, 127lbs. Idk if the body type stuff is real but if it is i’m an ectomorph. No matter how much I eat I gain no weight.
I wanna start a bulking diet, but I have no idea how to figure out how many calories I should be consuming, what foods I should be eating, how much protein etc. My dad says to do a couple weeks on a bulking diet, then normal for one week and cycle like that because I guess my body will get used to the surplus of calories and not grow as much if I stay on only a bulking diet?
On the working out side of things, I have almost no idea how to start. My dad says to start out with basic pull ups, push ups and sprints. But I wanna be using more tools to my advantage to gain as quick as possible safely.
If anyone is willing to help me get started and guide me through this stuff I would really appreciate it.
