Audio FireTV Stick with Monitor

My Target: Fire TV Stick (3rd Gen, 2021) Audio Output with Volume Control when using with Monitor

FireTV enables volume control of audio over Bluetooth.
I am using the stick with a monitor and the aux output had no volume control, but when I connect my JBL T450BT Headset, i can control the volume with the remote.

I have turned off HDMI CEC Device Control and Power Command to Discrete On/Off but still when I turn off the Firestick my TV turns off too. Any solution?

Did you try chaining the remote config. or turing off equipment control from the settings section? @MadAxe

I tried this but after disabling equipment control, I am not even able to control volume.
When I press the power button on Fire TV remote, I just want to switch off Firestick and not my TV and Firestick both.
