Doha Municipality's Health Control Section carried out 1,941 inspection tours on various food outlets and organisations during July within Doha and the Industrial Area, which resulted in issuing 54 violation reports according to Law No 8 for 1990, regarding the regulation of human food control. Besides, four decisions to shut as many food outlets and organisations were issued. The section also received 62 related complaints and addressed them accordingly. These complaints resulted in issuing six violation reports. The section also resolved 48 violations through reconciliations, after the responsible parties paid the fines and removed the causes for the violations.
