As we all know that in order to build your any fitness goal there is a ratio of 80:20 which is your fitness goal depends 80% on your diet and only 20% goes to workout/exercise.
Here's the thing I just completed reading one book called "The obesity code: unlocking the secrets of weight loss" and it's the best book on weight loss. It has tons of tricks and tips for losing weight and it genuinely helps to reach your goals. I recommend one of friend and he found this book really very helpful during his journey.
