Hey, I'm looking for a new program to follow. I want to get off the 5x5 program and want something more bodybuildung related with more pumps and more failure, no strength routineIt should be a complete, detailed program inside that book , with (RPE, RIR)
I thought a book would be cool. Something like Mike Mentors "Heavy Duty" or Jeff Nippards "Powerbuilding System". But not those two because I don't like those particular programs. It should be specifically for hyperthrophy and very detailed and complete
What also would be cool would be a free program. But it has to be detailed, not just some loosely described schedule.
And last but not least, I would be open to pay for a program like Dr. Mike Israel, or John Meadows. Where can I get good programs that cost money at? Besides those two
