So I lift in my garage and have basics like a barbell, ton of weights and powerblock dumbbells up to 90lbs and an adjustable bench. Have other equipment too, but those are the main ones. Right now I’m cutting so my goal is to get lean. Obviously I’d like to preserve as much muscle and strength as possible. I was doing a leangains routine the last month or so but it’s a little boring and I’d like to lift a little more often with a bit more volume. Any suggestions for programs? My lifts are 270/340/405 BSD
