Three people - including a 13-year-old - have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a five-year-old boy was found dead in a river in Wales.
The boy, who has yet to be identified, was reported missing from his south Wales home at around 5.45am on Saturday morning.
His body was later recovered in the River Ogmore, and he was pronounced dead after being taken to Bridgend's Princess of Wales Hospital.
Dozens of officers, forensics teams and police divers have been searching the playing field and paths between Sarn and the river where the boy's body was found.
A 39-year-old man, a 30-year-old woman and a 13-year-old boy have been arrested on suspicion of murder, a spokesperson for South Wales Police said today.
All are from the Bridgend area and detectives say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.

Specially trained officers are supporting the boy's family, Chief Inspector Geraint White said yesterday.

Speaking at the time of the discovery of the boy's body, Mr White said: 'This is a tragic incident in which a young child has sadly lost their life.
'We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or who has any information, to get in touch.
Specially trained officers are supporting the boy's family and police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward
'We would ask the public not to speculate about this incident on social media as this is an active investigation.
'If you have any information that can help, please report this to us.
'Our thoughts are with the family and we are supporting them in every way we can.'
