    How's My Form?

    Hi,

    As the title suggests, I was wondering, would anyone mind giving me some feedback on my form?

    Here are some videos (in .avi format) of me doing pull ups, chin ups, planks, bench dips & knee pushups (some videos have a watermark because of the software I needed to reduce the file sizes):

    Any help or advice would be most appreciated. If you saw my other posts, you might know I’ve had difficulty with dips and push ups because my elbows flared to the side. That’s why I went back down to doing bench dips & knee pushups. I figured I might as well check my form on the other exercises.

    I also had knee & arch pain from running. So, I’m seeing a doctor Monday to check if my insurance will cover a full physical assessment by a physical therapist. If not, I might just pay out of pocket for it.

    I’m thinking my next steps would be to develop the right cardio workouts & create plans for progressing from knee push ups and bench dips to full on pushups and dips.

    Basically, I’m trying to create a workout plan I can stick to while making progress and avoiding injury.

    Other than my form, how does my overall approach sound? Is there anywhere you think I should adjust it?
