Ok so I just started hitting the gym a little over a month and a half ago started out with some muscle mass before I started and I recently bought pre workout C4 original but I kinda have a tolerance for coffee so I was wondering if the pre workout will have any use to me if I’m already used to caffeine. Another question is should I even use the pre workout if I don’t feel like it gives me energy because I always have high energy going into the gym anyways like would it have any benifits to keep taking it?
