The 'feminist' dating app Bumble has told employees they can take unlimited holiday as long as they complete their work before they leave. 

The move comes as the pandemic has forced Bumble to 'reflect' on the ways its employees work.

In June, Bumble temporarily closed its offices for a week to give burnt-out staff a break. 

The idea was so successful that the company will shut the office for a week twice a year. 

Bumble was founded by Whitney Herd, 32, the world's youngest female self-made billionaire. 

The dating app allows women to make the first move.
