The owner of a fly fishing shop in Montana recognized Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson and called him the “worst human being known to man.” In a totally unrelated story the Dodgers have decided to cancel Trevor Bauer Bobblehead Night.

Can the Phillies catch the Mets? Possible, but not likely. Philly is in Pittsburgh, and should be able to get to Pirates starter Wil Crowe (2-5, 5.89 ERA). Wil has allowed eight runs over his last 15 innings, and the Bucs bats rarely have his back. Vince Velasquez (3-5, 5.54 ERA) hasn’t been much better. One-hit the Fish for five innings but was pounded by the Bravos for six runs over just 2 ¹/₃ in his next start. Hoping to catch the inconsistent Vinny V on the upswing we will take Philly for 20 units.

Two good! Jays bloodied the Sox, 13-1. Hyun Jin Ryu with six shutout innings. Then the Tigers beat the O’s, 6-2. Casey Mize with seven shutout innings. Miguel Cabrera hit Nos. 496 and 497. Down -953 kalines.
