Supertech submits delivery schedule of delayed projects to UP RERA

In a meeting with UP RERA, attended by the Chairman Rajive Kumar and Member Balvinder Kumar, the company said that they will complete construction and give delivery of 8463 Units by December 2021, 7347 Units by December 2022 and 231 Units subsequently, in its various projects in Uttar Pradesh.

UP RERA had rejected the application for registration of two proposed projects of Supertech Ltd, namely - Golf Country Phase-1A and Golf Country Phase-1B using its powers under section-5 of RERA.
Days after the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) rejected the registration application of two projects of Supertech Ltd, the company has submitted the delivery schedule of over 16,000 units.

In a meeting with UP RERA, attended by the Chairman Rajive Kumar and Member Balvinder Kumar, the company said that they will complete construction and give delivery of 8463 Units by December 2021, 7347 Units by December 2022 and 231 Units subsequently, in its various projects in Uttar Pradesh.

R K Arora, Chairman of Supertech Group said that the delay is on account of the unprecedented two waves of the pandemic COVID-19 which hit all the realty projects.

“Supertech Group will complete these projects from internal accruals and the group has positive net worth to meet the funds requirements,” said Arora.
