CIDCO to e-auction 203 plots in Navi Mumbai

The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) has announced an e-auction of 203 residential plots in Navi Mumbai. Out of this, 12 plots are in Kharghar, Kalamboli and New Panvel (E) under the first scheme; and 182 plots have been made available in Airoli, Ghansoli, Kharghar, Kalamboli and Panvel under the second scheme. Under the MM Scheme 13, 2021-22, the e-tender-cum-e-auction for the lease of 182 plots for residential use at Kharghar, Kalamboli, Airoli, Nerul, Ghansoli and New Panvel, started on June 22 ,2021. CIDCO announced the last date for EMD payment as July 28, 2021, 5 pm. Bidding submission of the e-tender closed on July 29, 2021. The e-auction for MM Scheme 13 has been set for July 30, 2021 from 11 am to 5 pm with the results being published on July 31, 2021 at 3 pm.

Under the MM Scheme 14, 2021-22, bidding for the e-tender-cum-e-auction for the lease of six residential and residential-cum-commercial plots at Nerul started online on July 9, 2021. CIDCO has extended the last date for EMD payment to August 3, 2021, 5 pm. Bidding submission of e-tenders closes on August 4, 2021. The e-auction for MM Scheme 14 will be held on August 5, 2021 from 11 am to 5 pm, with the results being published on August 6, 2021 at 3 pm.

The plots will have an FSI of 1.1. The applicants would need to submit the earnest money deposit, which is 10% of the offset price.

 

How to apply for CIDCO e-auction

Step 1: Visit the CIDCO E-Auction platform and register, by clicking on ‘Bidder Registration’. For this, you need to mention your name, address, contact details, PAN number, Aadhaar number and bank account number with the IFSC code.

Step 2: Login with your user details and verify your contact details through OTP.

Step 3: Once logged in, you will be able to see live auctions. Select any live tender from the dashboard.

Step 4: Now, pay the processing fee of Rs 1,000 and the applicable GST, along with EMD amount through online mode.

Step 5: Submit the closed bid (e-tender). A closed bid means the best price or offer amount offered by the bidder, in advance. The bidder needs to participate in the e-auction. However, if the bidder does not participate in the e-auction, the closed bid (e-tender) will be considered as the final offer.

Step 6: The e-auction will be conducted as per the scheduled time. During the e-auction every bidder can bid in multiples of Rs 1,000 per sq metre only.

Step 7: After completion of the process, the highest e-auction bid amount will be declared as the successful bidder.

Refund of EMD

Once the process of e-auction is completed and approved by the authority, the EMD amount received from bidders other than the highest bidder will be refunded to the bank details provided by the bidder during registration. In case the number of bidders is less than three, the EMD refund may take extra time in such a situation.
