Hey, i have a question. I train classic fullbody training 3x per week, how much volume is good for isolations exercises like rear/side delts, biceps/triceps ? I was told that its better to do 1-2 quick sets at the end of each workout than for example 3-4 sets at 1 of those trainings. What do you think? Thanks

Honestly I don't think this ultimately matters that much as long as your major lifts are programmed well and improving. 1-2 or 3-4 sets of curls, for instance, should be a matter of what you feel like.
Bicep pumps are fun though so it's nice to burn them out at the end if I'm on the eve of a rest day or something, IMO.Bench: 320
Squat: 375
Deadlift: 495

I like to use two exercises per muscle group, 3 sets each exercise, whether it's compounds or isolations(although I prefer one compound and one isolation per area); so 6 sets total volume for the muscle. I seem to progress decently that way.
