Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, Saija Finance Pvt. Ltd. has now informed the Exchange about the reduced face value per debenture pursuant to the company fixing record date for Partial Put Option (partial redemption) and Payment of Interest.

Hence, Trading Members are advised that the above mentioned Debentures will be traded with above mentioned reduced face value with effect from August 02, 2021 (DR-085/2021-2022).

Trading Members of the Exchange are required to take note of it.
