Video shows moment two NYPD cruisers collide in Brooklyn

Two NYPD police cruisers crashed into each other in Brooklyn as they raced to a call Thursday afternoon, shocking video shows.

The clip, obtained by The Post, shows an NYPD SUV and a police car — both with their lights on — speed through the intersection of Avenue J and Schenectady Avenue in Flatlands, with the SUV slamming into the driver’s side of the car.

The police car then veers off the road and smashes into the front of a restaurant on the corner.

Whether the officers sustained any injuries is not known yet.

In a second video of the aftermath of the collision, the cop car is shown with a mangled front end after tearing through a metal gate.

The driver’s airbag appears to have deployed and an officer can be seen lying on the sidewalk just feet away.

The NYPD did not immediately have any information on the crash.

Cops on the scene said four officers were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions were not known.
