30-year-old daughter of late Princess Diana's brother Charles Spencer married 62-year-old multi-millionaire Michael Lewis in a ceremony on Saturday.

In her Instagram post, Lady Kitty Spencer shared a picture from her wedding day held at Frascati in Rome. She also tagged Dolce & Gabbana, and wrote, "Thank you...for creating a gown beyond my wildest dreams."
